We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern Prachar Communications Pvt. Ltd.

Are you passionate about HR, recruitment, and building great teams? Join us at Prachar Communications, a leading advertising & media agency, and get hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring for roles across digital media, advertising, creative, and packaging industries.

📍 Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
⏰ Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays working
📅 Duration: 3–6 months

What you’ll do:
✅ Source & screen candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
✅ Coordinate interviews & support offer/onboarding processes
✅ Maintain candidate trackers & assist in recruitment reporting
✅ Gain exposure to ATS tools, AI sourcing & employer branding

Who we’re looking for:
🎓 Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, BA (Psychology) or related
💬 Strong communication, organized & detail-oriented
💻 Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets & job portals
🌟 Prior HR/TA internship is a plus - but not mandatory!
