🚀 We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Intern at Product Pursuit | Remote

At Product Pursuit we’re currently looking for Talent Acquisition Interns who already have basic exposure or prior experience in recruitment, hiring coordination, or HR operations and are looking to gain hands-on startup experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and outreach platforms
• Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases
• Support onboarding and recruitment operations
• Work closely on building hiring workflows within a startup environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience/exposure in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and sourcing platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
