About the Role:
Gain practical experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and pre-onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
Support documentation, pre-onboarding, and hiring reports.

Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
