💼 What You'll Do
▪️ Sourcing & Screening: Hunt and evaluate top-tier talent across multiple job boards and professional platforms.
▪️ Coordination: Seamlessly schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
▪️ Candidate Experience: Drive engagement through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
▪️ Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and up-to-date hiring records.
▪️ End-to-End Support: Assist the core HR team in executing full-lifecycle recruitment strategies to achieve organizational goals.
