Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
✔️ Screen resumes and support initial candidate interactions.
✔️ Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data.
✔️ Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
✔️ Support Job Description preparation based on role requirements and skill matrices.
✔️ Identify and assess potential talent across relevant industries and competitor organisations.
✔️ Support the management and utilisation of multiple sourcing channels, including vendors, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good coordination and follow-up skills
✔️ Basic understanding of recruitment processes
✔️ Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
