Job Responsibilities:
• Schedulingandcoordinatinginterviews(telephonic, video, andface-to-face)betweencandidatesandhiringmanagers.
- Sharinginterviewdetailswithcandidates(time, mode, location, paneldetails)andensuretimelyremindersandfollow-upsandtrackinginterviewstatus, feedback, andnextstepsforeachcandidateasperexpectations.
- Sourcingcandidatesfrommultiplehiringportalsanddatabases(suc has Linked In, Naukri, Monster, etc.)basedondefinedjobrequirements.
- Screeningresumesforbasicfit(education, experience, location, CTC, noticeperiod)andcreatestructuredcandidateshortlists.
- Preparing MSexcelsummariesforweeklyandmonthlyreviews(e.g., numberofprofilessourced, interviewsconducted, offersmade).
- Assistinginmanagingcompanypresenceonprofessionalandjobplatforms(Linked In, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
- Monitoringincomingapplicationsfromtheseplatformsandroutethemtoappropriaterequisitions.
Qualifications&Skills:
• Post-graduatestudent(MBA/PGDMorequivalent)withspecialization/interest in Hum an Resources, passingout in 2026.
- Availableforfull-timeinternshipfromoffice; mustbecomfortablewithodd Saturdaysworking(odd Saturdayswillbeworkfromhome).
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills; abletointeractconfidentlywithcandidatesandinternalstakeholders.
- Proficiency in MSExcel and MSPower Pointskillsfortrackersandreports.
- Highownership, reliability, andastrongsenseofaccountabilitytowardstimelinesandqualityofwork.
- Proactive, self-driven, andeagertolearn; comfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironment.
