🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & professional networks
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per hiring requirements
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback & candidate communication
• Collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring stakeholders
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers & recruitment documentation
• Support IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
• Assist with scheduling, reporting & recruitment workflow coordination
• Gain practical exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment tools

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• MBA, BBA, graduate students or recent graduates interested in HR/Recruitment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & professional communication channels
• Self-motivated, organized & eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Personal laptop, smartphone & stable internet connection required
