POSITION DETAILS
Role: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Intern
Location: Remote | PAN India
Work Mode: Work From Home
Duration: 1–3 Months
Compensation: Performance-Based Incentives
Certificate: Provided upon successful completion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support IT & Non-IT hiring requirements
Coordinate with recruitment referral partners
Assist with recruitment reports and day-to-day HR operations
Gain practical exposure to ATS and recruitment workflows
WHO CAN APPLY?
MBA / BBA / Graduates / Recent Graduates
Candidates interested in HR, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets preferred
Personal laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection required
