🔹 Who Can Apply?
Candidates with relevant Travel Industry experience.
Undergraduates should have either:
• A Travel Diploma
• Relevant Travel experience with GDS

🔹 Key Skills Required
✅ International Ticketing
✅ Global Travel Geography
✅ Hands-on experience with Amadeus or any GDS
✅ Voice Process experience
✅ Airline policies, visa requirements & SOP compliance
✅ Ticket exchanges, reissues & refunds
✅ GDS queue management — ticketing, schedule changes & refunds
✅ Knowledge of published, negotiated, net & promotional fares
✅ Quality auditing of calls, emails & chats
✅ Ability to analyze travel workflows and consultant interactions
