Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
✔ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
✔ Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
✔ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
✔ Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
✅ Strong sourcing and screening skills.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
