You will get an opportunity to work on live IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements for leading service-based and product-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets

Who Can Apply?
Graduates/Postgraduates from any discipline
Freshers interested in Recruitment or HR
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and work independently
