Key Responsibilities
• Manageend-to-endrecruitmentforhigh-volumeandnichehiringrequirements.
- Drivebulkhiringcampaignswhilemaintainingqualityandturnaroundtimetargets.
- Source, screen, assess, andengagecandidatesthroughmultiplesourcingchannelsincludingjobboards, socialmediaplatforms, referrals, networking, andtalentcommunities.
- Handlecomplexandcriticalhiringrequirementsacrossdiversefunctions, languages, andgeographies.
- Buildandmaintainstrongtalentpipelinesforongoingandfuturehiringrequirements.
- Ensureaseamlesscandidateexperiencethroughouttherecruitmentlifecycle.
- Workaggressivelytowardhiringtargetswhilemaintaininghighstandardsofcandidatequality.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstratedexperiencemanagingbulkrecruitmentcampaignsandlarge-scalehiringinitiatives.
- Strongexperiencehandlingcomplexandchallenginghiringrequirements.
- Provenabilitytomeetambitioushiringtargetswithintighttimelines.
- Expertiseinsourcingthrough Linked In, jobportals, socialmediaplatforms, referrals, andotherinnovativesourcingchannels.
- Strongorganizationalandmultitaskingabilities.
- Experienceusing ATSplatformsandrecruitmenttools.
- Freshgraduateswithastrongdesiretobuildacareerinrecruitmentareencouragedtoapply.
