What You'll Do:
✨ Assist in planning and coordinating training programs and workshops
🎨 Design creative posters, presentations, newsletters, and learning materials using Canva
🤖 Use ChatGPT and AI tools to create engaging training content and communications
📚 Support onboarding and employee learning initiatives
📊 Maintain training records, feedback, and reports
💡 Research the latest learning trends and digital training tools

We're Looking For:
✔ Fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, Management, or related fields
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and ChatGPT/AI tools
✔ Creative mindset with excellent organizational skills
✔ Passion for Learning & Development and employee engagement
