Position Details:
📌 Role: Intern – Teacher Quality Assurance
📍 Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
🚀 PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
🕙 Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
📅 Personal Laptop is Mandatory

🎯 What You'll Do
✔ Conduct daily Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for student drop-offs during live classes
✔ Investigate attendance and no-show cases to identify underlying issues
✔ Track trends across teachers, batches, and student cohorts
✔ Maintain audit reports and quality records
✔ Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and QA teams to improve student engagement and retention
✔ Share actionable insights to enhance overall classroom quality

🎓 We're Looking For
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
✅ Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
✅ Interest in EdTech, Quality Assurance, or Education is a plus
