2. Visibility Accountabilitythrough Extensive QR&Soundboxdeploymentandsaleoftheproduct.
3. Identify and Recruitthesalesteamtoalignanddrivebusinessinthemarket.
4. Skilledincoachingandmentoring, aquicklearnerwhograspsandputsintoapplicationnewlearnedideasandconcepts.
5. Planthemarketsize, spanandgeographies for FSE.
6. Shouldbeabletodevisethebestmethodsforcommunicationofplans/targetstotheteamsoastominimizetheexpectationsvsdeliverygap.
7. Monitor the Qualityparametersassuggestedbythemanagement.
8. Validateandconducttheauditsontheacquisitionsandsalesdonebytheteam.
9. Ensuretheteammembersareinthemarketwheresales&usagearedoneregularly 10. Shouldhavegoodnetworkingcapabilitiesandbewillingtotravelextensivelythroughouttheirspecifiedarea.
