👑 1. TEAM LEADER – RECRUITMENT

If you have experience in team handling + recruitment , this could be your next career move!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & motivate a team of recruiters/sourcers
✅ Drive daily & monthly hiring targets
✅ Monitor team productivity & sourcing quality
✅ Guide recruiters on portals, social media & innovative sourcing
✅ Train and mentor team members
✅ Allocate requirements & track hiring progress
✅ Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles to clients
✅ Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders
We’re Looking For:
🔹 Recruitment experience with team handling
🔹 Strong leadership & communication skills
🔹 Good knowledge of job portals & social media sourcing
🔹 Strong understanding of recruitment processes

🎯 2. RECRUITER / Team Member | 0–2 YEARS

Freshers with recruitment exposure and experienced recruiters are welcome!
Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
🔹 Screen & shortlist candidates
🔹 Coordinate interviews & candidate follow-ups
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers & databases
🔹 Work with the Team Leader to achieve hiring targets
