About the Internship

Join GAO Tek Inc. as a Tech Support Intern and gain practical experience in technical troubleshooting, software support, AI-assisted documentation, website content management, and customer support while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
✅ Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain knowledge bases.
✅ Research IoT, engineering, and test & measurement technologies.
✅ Prepare technical documentation and product content.
✅ Support AI-assisted website content creation, webpage editing, and formatting.
✅ Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms.
✅ Participate in issue tracking, case management, and quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
✅ Analyze recurring technical support trends and assist with customer inquiries.

Who Can Apply?

🎓 Candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in:
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Electronics
• Electrical Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Or a related discipline.

Applicants should have:
✔ Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
✔ Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
✔ Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
✔ Interest in IoT technologies and technical support.
✔ Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, wireless communication, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with WordPress/CMS, UI/UX, or technical documentation.
