Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and manage multiple web and mobile development projects.
*Act as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams.
*Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address queries.
*Create project plans, timelines, and task allocations.
*Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
*Conduct daily stand-ups and project status meetings.
*Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
*Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
*Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
*Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
*Assist in resource planning and project scheduling.
