𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
🔹 Source and screen IT candidates across various platforms
🔹 Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
🔹 Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities
🔹 Support onboarding and HR documentation
🔹 Build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
✔ Basic understanding of IT hiring is an advantage
✔ Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact
