Looking to kick-start your engineering career? We're hiring Technical Support Engineers to join our Energy Management team and work on smart building technologies, asset monitoring, and energy optimization.

📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 0–3 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Any Specialization) – Mechanical & Electrical preferred
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts

What You'll Do
✅ Monitor asset health and building operations
✅ Troubleshoot HVAC, Electrical, BMS Controllers & Refrigeration systems
✅ Provide technical support via calls, emails, and tickets
✅ Analyze energy and system data for optimization
✅ Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
✅ Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations
✅ Execute control programming updates and schedule changes

We're Looking For
✔ Knowledge of HVAC & Electrical Systems
✔ Understanding of BMS Controllers
✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic Excel/Data Analysis (preferred)
