What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, computer hardware, and system-related issues
✔ Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop support and end-user assistance
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Ability to handle technical issues via calls, emails, and ticketing tools
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a hybrid work model

- They are testing patience and clarity: be ready to explain something complicated simply and to stay calm through a tricky customer scenario.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
