About the Role
We are looking for a #TechnicalSupportEngineer who can provide excellent customer support through voice calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers with clear, step-by-step solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and technical issues through voice calls.
Understand customer concerns and troubleshoot issues related to account setup and network configuration.
Ask relevant and targeted questions to identify the root cause of issues.
Provide customers with clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve their concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow defined processes and maintain quality standards while handling customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in Technical Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good communication in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions in a simple manner.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer-focused attitude with good listening and interpersonal skills.
