We are looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our elite team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, providing exceptional technical assistance to our B2B clients and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes.

🔍 What Youll Do:
First-Line Support: Deliver Level 1 support for hardware, software, and services.
Troubleshoot & Resolve: Dive into issues related to OS, Email (Outlook/Exchange/Lotus), Networking (VPN/Connectivity), O365, VMware, and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Slack).
Incident Management: Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and log incidents in our ticketing tools.
Client Advocacy: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring the clients voice is always heard.
Operations: Manage service outages, update status messages, and maintain software/hardware inventory records.
🛠️ What We Are Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Education - Any 3 year graduate 2026 Pass outs.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, O365, VMware, Networking, and Internet Security.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
Bonus: Multilingual ability is a major plus!

Going for the Customer Support role at Kyndryl? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- They are testing patience and clarity: be ready to explain something complicated simply and to stay calm through a tricky customer scenario.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
