We are seeking experienced and passionate Technical Trainers with prior experience in the EdTech or IT training sector. As a Technical Trainer at Nschool Academy, you will play a vital role in mentoring students, delivering hands-on instruction, and helping shape the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver in-person technical training sessions in your domain with clarity and confidence.
* Create a student-focused, interactive classroom environment.
* Guide students through real-time projects and hands-on labs.
* Continuously improve course content to align with current industry trends.
* Assess student performance through assignments, code reviews, and mock interviews.
* Provide mentoring and technical guidance throughout the learning journey.
* Work collaboratively with the academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
* Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in your domain.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching/training in the EdTech or IT sector.
* Proficiency in the relevant tech stack (MERN, MEAN, Python, Java, etc.).
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
