🚨 We’re Hiring | Proposal Engineer / Tender Executive
ABU Construction is looking for a Proposal Engineer / Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and bid submissions for industrial and infrastructure projects.
đź“ŤLocation: Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
* Search and evaluate tenders on GeM, MAHAGENCO, CPPP & other portals
* Prepare technical/commercial proposals, BOQs, estimates & bid documents
* Coordinate with vendors for quotations and technical inputs
* Handle online tender submissions and documentation
* Track tender status, negotiations, work orders & project coordination
What We’re Looking For:
* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply)
* OR 15+ years of relevant industry experience without an engineering degree
* Experience in EPC, Power Plants, O&M, Estimation or Tendering preferred
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and online tender portals
Retired professionals with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
