🚨 We Are Hiring – Tender Executive
📍 Location: Nagpur
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification & Experience:
Freshers:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Experienced Candidates:

• Candidates without an engineering qualification may be considered if they have 15+ years of relevant practical experience in Power Plants, Industrial Projects, EPC, O&M, Estimation, Tendering, or Project Execution.
• Experienced or retired professionals from Power Plants, EPC Companies, or Industrial Contracting Organizations are also encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Power Plant O&M, Ash Handling Plants (AHP), Coal Mill Reject Handling Systems (MRHS), Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), Pipelines, Mechanical Erection, Similar Industrial Works.
Technical Skills:

• Practical knowledge of materials, manpower planning, equipment requirements, project costing, and execution methodology.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email drafting, and online tender portals.
Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving, Teamwork, Effective communication, Time management
