Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, analytical, and agile Trainee / Entry-Level Associate to join our ESG & Sustainability practice.
📋 The Opportunity
This isn't a desk-bound, routine compliance job. You will be at the forefront of the sustainability transition, working on BRSR reporting, ESG frameworks, Carbon Footprinting/GHG accounting, and rigorous Social Impact Assessments. The learning curve is steep, the environment is dynamic, and the impact is real.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
Background: Preferably a graduate/post-graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in ESG/Sustainability domains is ideal.
Freshers: Exceptional freshers with a stellar academic/extra-curricular track record and a demonstrable interest in sustainability are welcome to apply.
Domain Edge: Additional certifications in ESG, BRSR, Social Audit, or Carbon Accounting will give your application a significant advantage.
Mindset: An insatiable hunger to learn, adapt to a challenging environment, and the willingness to travel for field assessments and data verification.
