Key Responsibilities
Connect with inbound & outbound leads via calls and emails.
Schedule and conduct online product demos.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
