💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
🌙 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
📍 Work Mode: On-site
🚕 Cab: Both-side cab facility for female candidates
🍽️ Meal: Available
🎯 Incentives: 6% of Gross Margin

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source & screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Understand job requirements & shortlist candidates
• Conduct candidate calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate interviews
• Maintain ATS & recruitment records
• Learn US Staffing, W2, C2C & 1099

✨ Excellent English communication
