🌟 What You’ll Do
🎓 Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions
📈 Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching & developmental feedback
🗣️ Conduct communication, behavioral, and soft skills training
📚 Prepare and deliver training materials, activities, and assessments
🎯 Ensure achievement of training performance metrics and learning outcomes
🔄 Continuously update product and process knowledge
📊 Measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
🤝 Partner with Operations and Quality teams to enhance employee performance
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
✅ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
✅ Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✅ Positive attitude and ability to build strong professional relationships
⭐ Preferred Experience
✔️ Experience in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development
✔️ BPO / E-commerce / Customer Service background preferred
✔️ Experience conducting soft skills and behavioral training programs
