Are you a fresher or a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in training operations, coordination, and stakeholder management? We are hiring a Training Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic Training & Delivery team at Imarticus Learning, Lucknow.

📍 Work Location: Imarticus Learning, 3rd Floor, Halwasiya Court, Hazratganj, Lucknow
⏰ Work Shift: 9 Hours
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Batch launch and onboarding coordination
✅ Student, trainer, and schedule management
✅ Attendance tracking and LMS updates
✅ Assessment and performance coordination
✅ Report preparation and operational support
✅ Governance sessions and guest lecture coordination
✅ Student engagement and query resolution support
✅ Placement and graduation data coordination

Skills Required:

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft/Google Workspace proficiency
✔ Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
✔ Time management and multitasking abilities
✔ Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility:

🎓 Graduates or students pursuing graduation in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
🎓 Freshers are welcome to apply
🎓 Prior internship or coordination experience will be an added advantage
