💡 About the Role

As a Transportation Specialist, you'll work closely with Program, Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Operations teams to improve business processes, monitor key metrics, ensure process quality, and drive operational excellence. The role also involves launching new initiatives, solving business problems, and supporting long-term program growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Own internal process quality assurance and ensure adherence to approval frameworks.

• Design, execute, and manage internal business audit processes.

• Maintain key process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor program metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.

• Analyze daily and weekly performance and reduce operational defects.

• Gather business requirements and build scalable solutions.

• Support program launches, roadmap planning, and long-term process improvements.

• Work cross-functionally with Program, Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams.

🎯 Eligibility

✔ Bachelor's Degree

✔ Strong English communication skills

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

✔ Ability to work with cross-functional teams

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is an added advantage.
