🔍 Role Highlights:
Work on wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support design systems, research activities, and data visualization
Gain exposure to enterprise/B2B product design
✅ Who can apply:
1–2 years experience (Internships / academic projects are welcome)
Basic knowledge of UX principles & Figma
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and team collaboration skills

Figma (mandatory), MS Office | Bonus: Adobe, Miro, Power BI

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at HCLTech? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
