Horizon Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer Intern to join our team!

๐ Location: Wakad, Pune (Hybrid โ mode of working, on-site or remote, can be discussed)
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
-Designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for Horizon's Decision Execution platform
-Creating UI layouts, components, mockups, and design assets
-Designing marketing graphics โ social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals
-Translating complex supply chain workflows into clear, usable screens
-Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to refine features
-Maintaining a consistent design system, and iterating based on user feedback and data
-Staying on top of design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
-A strong eye for visual design, layout, and typography
-Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar
-Someone who can juggle marketing graphics and website design work
-Self-starters who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Horizon Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story โ the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
