​At Rising Station, we’re looking for a passionate UI Designer Intern to join our growing design team. This is a full-time, paid remote internship designed for aspiring designers who want to gain real-world experience, build a standout portfolio, and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

​📌 Position Details:
​Role: UI Designer Intern
​Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (6 Months)
​Location: Remote 🌍

​🎯 What We’re Looking For:
​✅ Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
​✅ Solid understanding of typography, color, spacing, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
​✅ Ability to design modern, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
​✅ Strong portfolio showcasing Dribbble-quality concepts and Behance-style case studies.
​✅ Excellent presentation skills using premium mockups and polished design presentations.
​✅ Passion for modern design trends, creativity, and continuous learning.
​✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
​(Fresh graduates, final-year students, and self-taught designers are encouraged to apply. Professional experience is not required, but a strong portfolio is essential.)

​💎 Compensation & Benefits:
​💰 BDT 7,000 monthly internship stipend
​📶 BDT 3,000 monthly internet and electricity allowance
​⏰ Full-time schedule (8 hours/day, 6 days/week)
​🎉 Two festival bonuses, as per company policy

​🤝 Mentorship from senior designers
​💻 Hands-on experience working on real client projects
​📜 Internship completion certificate
​🌟 High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Junior UI Designer position after successfully completing the internship.
