What you'll actually ship:
🔥 Redesign the candidate job feed for small screens — filters, sorting, scroll
🔥 A resume upload sheet that survives a slow connection and fails gracefully
🔥 Own the application status tracker end-to-end, wireframe to Dev Mode handoff
🔥 Grow the mobile component kit as you go, not just consume it
🔥 Every Tuesday: your screens opened on a real mid-range Android device, live
This isn't a "redesign a screen for your portfolio" internship — thousands of real candidates will use exactly what you ship, every week.
What you need:
• Final-year student or fresh grad with a portfolio showing ≥1 mobile interface
• Working Figma knowledge — variants, prototyping
• Familiarity with Material Design (or fast willingness to learn)
• Reliable internet, 2 calls/week during Indian business hours

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at MailerMen? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
