UI/UX Design Intern

Kick-start your UI/UX career by designing real products, not just #Dribbble concepts! We are hiring a UI/UX Design Intern.
**NO experienced candidate PLEASE. We cannot accommodate a FTE.**

At Zrutam LLP, we build multiplayer business simulations and cutting-edge talent tech. We need someone ready to step out of the practice zone and design interfaces that real humans actually use. This is a hands-on learning role where you will see your Figma files turn into live tech.

Internship Details:
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Fixed Stipend
Location: 100% Remote WFH / Bhubaneswar [STPI - Gothopatna]

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Trade "blue sky" personal projects for real-world constraints, scopes, and deadlines.
- Work directly with our developers for seamless handoffs—learning what it takes to actually get a design built.
- Map out user journeys in FigJam/Miro and justify your design choices using real logic, not just aesthetics.
- Design intuitive, engaging interfaces for complex organizational tech.
Who Can Apply:
- Students or recent graduates (Any degree is welcome; we care about your eye for detail, not the certificate).
- Candidates who basically live in Figma (bonus points for knowing Dev Mode or variables).
- Problem solvers whose portfolios show how they think through a UX challenge, not just pretty final screens.
- Individuals with zero ego and a genuine drive to build cool stuff.

- Mandatory Step: Pick any strategy game, multiplayer game, or data-heavy app you use. Find one screen (like a main dashboard, leaderboard, or inventory) that feels cluttered. In 4-5 lines, tell us exactly how you would redesign the UI to make the complex stats easier to digest without losing the "game" feel. This tells us more than any resume.
