🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback.
• Ensure consistency in design standards and branding.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
🔹 Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects is preferred.
🔹 Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, academic work, personal projects, or internships.
🔹 Case Study Requirement:
As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a UI/UX case study demonstrating:
• User Research & Problem Identification
• User Flow Creation.
• Wireframing.
• Design Rationale and Presentation.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Digival Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
