📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
💼 Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (Based on experience)
🎯 Experience: 1–5 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve experiences
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Optimize user flows and interactions for better usability
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
✔ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
✔ Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
✔ Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
✔ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts is a plus
✔ Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience designing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Material Design and modern design frameworks
• Experience conducting usability testing and user research
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design work
