🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Design modern and responsive UI for websites, mobile apps, and software dashboards
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Work closely with developers and clients to understand project requirements
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX designing
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience in Website and Mobile App Design

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Softkingo? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
