We're hiring a UI/UX Intern at Alttred Nexxus
Somewhere along the way, everything started looking the same. Same rounded cards. Same hero sections. Same "AI-generated" feel that's technically clean but somehow... soulless.
We're done with that. Are you?
Alttred Nexxus is looking for someone who:
- Designs with intention, not just inspiration boards
- Knows the difference between a beautiful interface and a usable one (and refuses to pick just one)
- Gets suspicious when something looks too "generated"
- Breaks conventions but only because they understand why the convention existed in the first place
- Thinks the best UI is one users never have to think about.
What you'll be doing: Designing real projects. Challenging what's already there. Asking "does this actually make sense for a human being?" before asking "does this look good?" — and then making it look really, really good anyway.
- Remote/WFH for the first 2 months
- Hybrid from Bengaluru thereafter

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Alttred Nexxus? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
