We're looking for someone who can write proposals that win projects and build long-term client relationships.

SoluLab is hiring an Upwork Proposal Writing Intern to help us connect with startups and enterprises across the globe. If you're passionate about writing, business development, and technology, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career.

𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞
• Internship (6 Months)
📍 Location: Remote
Eligible for Indian residents
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐰𝐧
• Write customized proposals for Upwork projects
• Understand client requirements and craft persuasive responses
• Research clients and identify relevant opportunities
• Collaborate with Business Development and Technical teams
• Maintain proposal quality and timely submissions
• Track proposal performance and suggest improvements
• Learn about AI, Blockchain, Web, Mobile, Cloud, and SaaS services

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Ability to understand client requirements quickly
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of IT services is a plus

• Hands-on experience in proposal writing for international clients
• Exposure to Business Development and client communication
• Work on AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Web, and Mobile projects
• Internship Certificate upon successful completion
• Letter of Recommendation based on performance
