💼 Job Responsibilities – US Accounting:
• Finalization of Accounts & Financial Statements
• Month-end / Year-end Closing & Journal Entries
• Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Review

💼 Job Responsibilities – US Taxation:
• Preparation & Review of 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S Tax Returns
• Partnership Tax Returns & K-1 Preparation
• Federal & State Tax Compliance

💼 Job Responsibilities- US Audit
•Assist in performing audit procedures in accordance with US GAAP and auditing standards under the guidance of senior team members.
•Support in gathering and analyzing financial data, documents, and records required for audit engagements.
•Prepare basic audit workpapers and ensure proper documentation of audit findings

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
• CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduates
• 1+ years of Experience in US Accounting,US Taxation and US Audit
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Accounting Principles, Tax Compliance
• Team handling experience preferred for leadership roles
• Good communication and analytical skills
