📌 Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants for US IT requirements
- Source and qualify job requirements through portals, vendors, and networking
- Submit profiles based on skill alignment
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close positions
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 and prime vendors
- Manage the complete sales/recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain reports and track daily/weekly activities

🕒 Work Details

- Shift: Night Shift (IST)
- Timing: 7:00 PM / 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

✅ Preferred Skills

- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment, US recruitment, or sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
