UX UI design intern
So โ we're hiring a UX UI design intern at Moneyboxx Finance. ๐
What we're doing:
โข Building a personal loan app โ unsecured, mobile-first, up against every other fintech app already sitting on someone's phone
โข Secured loan journeys โ bigger tickets, heavier paperwork, a much higher trust bar to clear
โข Insurance flows, and the apps our relationship managers live in all day out in the field
โข Actual research โ sitting in on user interviews, going on field visits, watching real users try to get through your work ๐
What we're hoping you bring:
โข The basics, done well. Figma, wireframes, prototypes, a decent eye
โข Some curiosity about lending. Credit is far more of a design problem than most people realise
โข The nerve to drop a "best practice" when it clearly isn't working for our users ๐จ
๐ Location: Mumbai, Andheri

Interview advice
Going for this role at Moneyboxx Finance? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each โ then tie every answer back to them.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
