🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working with Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility:
🎓 B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) only
🎓 Freshers are welcome to apply
🎓 Relevant experience in Telecom Operations, NOC, O&M, Energy Management, Quality, or Audit will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Validate operational activities as per SOPs and process guidelines
✅ Monitor data accuracy and reporting quality
✅ Verify SLA compliance and closure quality
✅ Conduct audits and support corrective actions
✅ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Skills Required:
