📍 Location: CAAR, IIT Madras, Chennai
🕒 Duration: 4-6 Months (Immediate Joining)

🔎 About the Internship
Centre of Excellence in Advanced Automotive Research (CAAR) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Vehicle Dynamics Intern to support innovative R&D projects in the field of vehicle dynamics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects focused on enhancing vehicle safety, ride, and handling.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in vehicle dynamics modelling and simulation for ride and handling optimization.
• Support data collection, analysis, and technical documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in ongoing R&D projects.
• Learn and apply engineering tools, methodologies, and simulation techniques.
• Undertake any other assignments as assigned from time to time.

🛠️ Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Vibrations, Machine Design, Theory of Machines, and Mathematical Modelling of Vehicles and Vehicle Systems.
• Knowledge and/or experience in commercial Multi-Body Dynamics Analysis and Simulation Software, such as MSC Adams, MotionSolve, MATLAB/Simulink, CarMaker, or equivalent tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.

🎓 Eligibility
• Final-year B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent students in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 75% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
