We are expanding our creative team at iwayworks and looking for Video Editors who understand that editing is not just a technical skill, it is a creative decision made every single second of a video.

We are hiring across intern, executive, and freelance levels, hybrid, based out of Mumbai.

This is not a role where you will be trimming clips in a corner. You will be working on brand campaigns, social content, reels, and production projects where your edit shapes how an audience feels about a brand.

What the work actually looks like:

Editing for brand campaigns and social media, short form and reels, colour grading and sound design, basic motion graphics, collaborating directly with the creative and production teams, and delivering work that is sharp, on brief, and on time.

Here is what we need before you apply:

Video Editor Intern
Mumbai-based
0 to 6 months of experience
Portfolio or sample edits are non negotiable
Immediate joining required.

Video Editor Executive
Mumbai based
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
Portfolio or sample edits are non negotiable
Immediate joining required.

Video Editor Freelance
Mumbai-based preferred
Open to remote for the right candidate
Portfolio or sample edits are non negotiable
Deadline commitment is absolutely non negotiable
