Join Lodha Foundation's Brand & Communications Team and contribute to two of our flagship education initiatives—Lodha Foundation Schools and Lodha Genius. This is an exciting opportunity to build your portfolio while working on campaigns that inspire learning and transform lives.
What You'll Do
✨ Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials.
✨ Create presentations, brochures, posters, event collaterals, and branded communication assets.
✨ Develop templates that ensure consistent brand communication.
✨ Adapt designs across Instagram, YouTube, print, and internal communications.
✨ Support basic video editing for Reels and Shorts (preferred).
✨ Assist with creative requirements for events, workshops, and campaigns.
We're Looking For
✔ Students or recent graduates from design institutes (e.g., NID, IDC, MIT, Pearl Academy, or similar).
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design across digital and print formats.
✔ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
✔ Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot is an added advantage.
✔ A creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education, branding, and social impact.

Interview advice
