Visual Designer
You’ll obsess over spacing, typography, composition, rhythm, and details 99% of people will never consciously notice.
And somehow, you’ll still make them feel it.
We’re looking for a Visual Designer at Niyo who can take half formed ideas and turn them into striking visuals and motion with taste and clarity.
If craft is your thing, let’s talk.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Niyo? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
